Insurance

Integrated Chiropractic & Acupuncture is a fee-for-service facility. While we do file claims to your insurance company as a service to you, remember that verification of benefits does not guarantee payment of claims. Co-pays and co-insurance are due at the time of your visit. A complete version of our financial policy is available by calling or stopping by the office. We will be happy to verify your benefits prior to your first visit. Simply call the office and the Business Manager will obtain the needed information. We are providers for many insurance plans, most notably:

• United Healthcare
• Aetna
• Multiplan
• Medicare (Medicare has specific limitations in Chiropractic offices, please call to learn more.)
